You do not appear as cheap as other suppliers! why is this?

Answer

We provide a service that does not come as standard with some other suppliers, an example is with our delivery service not only installing the product when required but taking away the packing and your old appliance.

I'm not happy purchasing on-line!

Answer

There is no need to, at FT-Refrigeration we operate total fair pricing across the board. We don't mind if you phone or come into the shop you will always get the best price and service we can offer.

Why are some products delivered free nationally and others only local?

Answer

Some items are delivered direct by the manufacturer and is priced to include delivery, other items are delivered to and stored in our warehouse which unfortunately has to reflect in the price and sometimes allows us to bulk purchase which we will pass on to you the customer, however if you can collect we may be able to offer even keener terms.

Why should I purchase from you?

Answer

We are big enough to do the job, but we also make sure we are small enough to give you the individual attention that you just don't get with the so called multi million pound buy cheap from us bucket shops. If you check the comments on price comparison web-sites about these larger outlets it will speak for itself.
